Sail Harbour is an outstanding townhouse community, known for being quiet, serene, and well-maintained. The development can be accessed by heading west of the Florida Turnpike on Okeechobee Boulevard and going north of Jog Road to Briar Bay. 331 townhomes that make up Sail Harbour are two-story, built with CBS (concrete block and stucco) construction in 2004. What is included in the HOA Dues?

The HOA dues include the maintenance of common areas, as well as landscape maintenance, irrigation maintenance, and professional property management.

Are there any pet restrictions in the community?

All pet owners are required to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of the waste. Owners and renters are not permitted to maintain in the home, any bull terrier (pit bull or pit bull mix) or any dog or dogs of mean or violent temperament or otherwise evidencing such a temperament. Dogs must be under the restraint of a leash anytime within Common Area and pet owners must follow all City of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County Leash laws and ordinances. Pets may not create a public nuisance, annoy, disturb, injure or endanger the comfort, health, peace or safety of others. The limit to the quantity (2) of pets is further governed by ordinance of the City of West Palm Beach. When is Trash and Recycling Pickup?

Trash and Recycling pickup is on Wednesdays. Bulk pick up on Tuesdays. Saturdays for Trash only. Trash and recycling bins are to be placed in appropriate area for pick up, no earlier than the day prior to pick-up, and removed following pick up (before end of day). Store all trash/recycling bins away and out of view. Trash is to be placed in appropriate trash receptacles with lids. No trash bags on sidewalks.

 

What requires an ARB Application?

Before making any exterior change to a Unit or Lot, an Architectural Change Application must be submitted to the property manager and approved by the ACC/Board of Directors. This includes any and all proposed additions, exterior alterations, modifications, and/or other external improvements of any Unit or Lot, including, but not limited to: landscaping changes, temporary or permanent structures.

Can I park my car in guest reserved spot?

Unfortunately, due to the limit of guest parking spots, no residents are allowed to park. Residents violating this rule is subject to be booted at their expense. All guest must register their vehicle.

How Do I get access to the gate and Briar Bay amenities?

All residents, are required to purchased a barcode and a key fob for access through Briar Bay Master Association once approved for purchase or lease. Please contact Briar Bay Master Association.

Can my children play outside in the street?

Due to safety and liability and insurance concerns, children are not allowed to play in the street.
